Business: Flexible Packaging (Jindal Poly Films Limited)

Job Location: Nasik (Manufacturing Unit), Maharashtra.

Reporting To: Chief Technical Officer

Incumbent will be responsible for:

- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, stock reduction and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement.

- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.

- Actively lead various projects related to process improvement as per Management Requirements.

- Coordination with finance and other departments of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a process improvement project.

- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
