About the Role:
The transition manager will support clients to define and document processes, and will lead migrations of relevant functions or processes from client locations to the respective outsourcing departments within B&B Analytics. They will work closely with multiple stakeholders both on the client side as well as internally to deliver a smooth transition and facilitate change management. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with expert project management, business planning and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Discover and assess client needs to develop a clear and precise understanding of both existing processes and processes that need to be developed
- Define and document processes, including objectives, detailed process maps, standard operating procedures, operating risk parameters and critical control points
- Map client requirements to B&B internal functions aligning with capabilities, services and processes
- Design solution and plan resources needed for implementation
- Execute transition managing the entire beta testing and pilot phase
- Handover responsibility of steady state processes to receiving team(s)
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience of extensive collaboration with all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong project management skills, ability to define and delegate tasks while focused on committed timelines
- Working experience in an international / cross-cultural environment, preferably within the banking and financial services industry
- Should be hands-on, proactive and quick learner; a team player showing enthusiasm and drive to accomplish results in a very fast-paced environment
Qualifiers:
- MBA (or equivalent Master's degree) in Operations
- PMP/Six Sigma Certifications would be a plus
- Must be willing to travel internationally on a frequent basis
