About the Role
The transition associate will support clients to define and document processes, and will assist the transition manager with migrations of relevant functions or processes from client locations to the respective outsourcing departments within B&B Analytics. They will work closely with multiple stakeholders both on the client side as well as internally to deliver a smooth transition and facilitate change management. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with sound project management and project execution skills.
Responsibilities
- Discover and assess client needs to develop a clear and precise understanding of both existing processes and processes that need to be developed
- Define and document processes, including objectives, detailed process maps, standard operating procedures, operating risk parameters and critical control points
- Map client requirements to B&B internal functions aligning with capabilities, services and processes
- Design solution and plan resources needed for implementation
- Execute transition including the beta-testing and pilot phase
- Handover responsibility of steady state processes to receiving team(s)
Skills/Experience
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management and execution skills, ability to execute on committed timelines
- Working experience in an international / cross-cultural environment, preferably within the banking and financial services industry
- Should be hands-on, proactive and quick learner; a team player showing enthusiasm and drive to accomplish results in a very fast-paced environment
Qualifiers
- MBA (or equivalent Master's degree) in Operations
- PMP/Six Sigma Certifications would be a plus
- Must be willing to travel internationally on a frequent basis
