Bayer - Procurement Manager

Strategy:

- Design, advice, and after approval, implement and execute the corporate Purchase non-seed strategy in order to ensure the realization of the Purchase non-seed policy.

Policy and procedures:

- Formulate and, after approval, coordinate and monitor the implementation, execution and maintenance of the Purchase non-seed policy, plans and procedures in line with the Purchase non-seed strategy and Bayer compliance rules. Thus in order to secure that materials, equipments and services are obtained against the most favorable terms and conditions.

- Initiator in making purchase agreements with suppliers and realize cost savings by making price agreements and price negotiations, to gain materials, equipment and services at the most favorable terms and conditions

- Implement Bayer contracts with local suppliers, if favorable for Nunhems.

Management information:

- Produce overviews with cost, benefits & savings in order to support the decision-making process and present the result to several divisions within the organization

Manage purchase/procedures:

- Plan and coordinate annual action plans. Coordinate and steer the purchase department in line with Nunhems values and vision.

Purchasing:

- Responsible for the Purchase of non-seed items within the Nunhems India entity

- Autonomously participate in purchase through selecting, contracting and evaluating suppliers

- Analysis of data in order to evaluate the suppliers and manage & maintain the tender and bidding process.
Solving daily challenges in the field of Purchase

Eligibility:

- MBA - with 5-6 years. relevant experience.

- Science / Engineering in Under Graduation.

Competencies: result minded, interpersonal skills, strong feeling entrepreneurship, hands-on mentality, pro-active, self-starter, customer oriented.

Note: The location is Nunhems, 35-40kms from Gurgaon, Bayer provides cab facility to pick up and drop from Gurgaon to Nunhems.
