The position is responsible for planning and managing a broad range of moderate to complex HR projects. WHAT YOU DO: - Serve as Project Lead for key HR projects, programs and technology implementations and enhancements. - Lead initiatives and engage the right stakeholder groups to reach desired conclusions. - Responsible for the end-to-end project management of a variety of HR initiatives designed to support the strategic business and operational goals of HR. - Create agendas, facilitates discussion items, next steps and follow up post meeting. - Lead and coordinate the development of metrics, project timelines, budget projections, and employs solid project management tools and processes to ensure the delivery of these projects. - Help to innovate process improvement ideas WHO YOU ARE: - MBA/MMS/PGDM Full Time in HR with 0-6 years of experience from a Tier I B School NOTE: This is a Full Time role for a Fixed Term of 1 year Women Returning from a career break/ rejoining the workforce are welcome to apply for the role
