Brief about Social Enterprise:
Discovering Hands India is a social enterprise promoting Medical Tactile Examination: an economical, manual and safe breast health screening using the highly developed sensory skills of visually impaired women in India.
DHI is looking for a Business Development Manager.
WHAT YOU DO:
Lead Generation:
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Increasing corporate and institutional client base to meet sales objectives
Business Development:
- Responsible for revenue targets.
- Creating demand for Medical Tactile Examination in India among corporates and other institutions.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Working to create new partnerships and expand customer base.
Contracts and Reports:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Negotiation skills.
- Effective feedback mechanism.
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Post graduate degree in Business Management (Sales & Marketing).
- Key account management skills, Inter personal skills, analytical abilities, communication skills, leadership qualities, positive attitude and initiative.
- Proven track record of working for 7-8 years or more with corporate Business Development and sales/marketing.
- Direct handling of corporate customers would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience of selling healthcare products.
- Capability to network well with industry and stakeholders.
