Job Title: D365 Finance X++ Senior Technical

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Finance X++ Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining X++ code in a Dynamics 365 Finance environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing solutions using X++ in D365 Finance, and preferably some experience with Power Platform or Logic App.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, test and maintain X++ code in a D365 Finance environment.

- Work with project managers, functional consultants, and end-users to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement solutions using X++.

- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues in the D365 Finance system and provide solutions to address them.

- Participate in code reviews, identify and recommend best practices and design patterns.

- Document technical designs, test plans, and user manuals as required.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and performance best practices.

- Preferably, have experience with Power Platform or Logic App and be able to develop, test and maintain solutions using these platforms.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in D365 Finance X++ development.

- Strong experience in developing customizations, extensions, and integrations using X++.

- Proficient in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance architecture and data model.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Preferred experience with Power Platform or Logic App.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
