The person will be managing Basicfirst's products and primarily be responsible for ensuring that the Growth is aligned with the short term tactical and long terms strategic goals of the company. You will be working with an experienced team of product managers, software engineers, content writers, product designer, and Data Scientist, to take the product through multiple successful releases. Your Growth strategy and vision are most effective when they are substantiated with real user interactions and data analytics - Fluency in Data Analysis - Experts in Product Management - Good Understanding of How to Design and Run Experiments - Must of Understanding of Edtech, viral word of Mouth and of network Effects - To lead Growth management initiative for the product driven company, layout enhancement for Internet and Mobile products. - Understand the life cycle of web/ mobile products; should be hands on with wireframes, conceptualising a product, release of the product, measuring the ROI for the product. - Work closely with the Founder and the leadership team to work on some disruptive product development. - Responsible for designing front-end frameworks for web, mobile and web based application user interfaces. - Working closely with Technology and Marketing team on continues improvement in the released and upcoming products. - Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer Acquisition, Customer Activation and Customer Retention. - Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems. - Former entrepreneurs if you have ever started up!
