- Candidate with Digital Sales and Marketing background.   - 5-8 yrs experience candidate with digital marketing or sales experience in a high growth & dynamic environment working with product led busines  - Driving business through digital platforms for multiple product categories of BasicFirst Services vertical.   - Develop digital road map and go to market strategy for new category launches in the services business   - Evaluate various digital platforms to identify the right fit for business development & customer engagement   - Cross functional collaboration with product for features, UX & new launches and category teams for product offering/conversions   - Analyze customer demographics, behaviours and transaction patterns to develop digital business initiatives and also recommend product level innovations for favourable results   - Conceptualize & execute programs/schemes through digital mediums for improving customer loyalty & repeat transactions   - Manage digital campaigns to generate new leads and set up and implement processes to track them to closure   - Lead planning, forecasting & reporting for all the digital marketing & sales related activities   - Run product level innovations and initiatives to improve the breadth & depth of wallet share of a customer across product categories.   - Benchmark with the best practices in the digital domain to customize and implement solutions specific to the business context   Requirements :  - MBA (Preferred) with 5+ years of Digital Marketing sales experience  - Good Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC etc  - Should possess team leader qualities with an ability to manage and motivate a team of 10-15 people   - Thorough overall understanding of Education and sales   Salary (After Confirmation): 12 - 30 LPA
