Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop marketing and product plans for key products in line with the business plan
- Define & analyse product metrics regularly, and use the learning for product innovations and improvements
- Monitor and track results, analysing data looking for trends and drawing meaningful conclusions to continually revise and improve various product initiatives
- Build vs. partner, integration of acquired / partner products
- Conduct regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action; should master the details of competitive landscape
- Go-to-market strategies, positioning and branding, Pricing
- Establish marketing programs for suite of products and verticals and tracking their impact on the sales pipeline
- Establish pre-sales and sales processes, including proposal preparation, SOWs, contracts
- Oversee and organize all periodic and ad hoc product communication, managing retention programs, tracking and reporting attrition trends and analysis.
- Provide communication material support for sales, and engagement activities wherever required and will be responsible for assisting with creation of sales training guides and frontline marketing material.
- Develop high impact presentations and oversee marketing campaigns under their own vertical - Solar, Aftermarket, VRLA and OEM.
- Attending to Product-sourcing related issues to complete the product portfolio
- Function as single - point source for reference on any issue on the product. Attending to service concerns, via the service department, for all product related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduate from premier B-school with 4+ years of relevant experience
- An ability to drive quality business results and change.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across individuals and functional areas.
- Strong collaboration and influence management abilities.
- Enthusiasm for the business and a team player.
- Strong presentations skills
- Wide exposure to digital marketing & viral strategies, running promotional campaigns, communication initiatives such as targeted mass mailers,
- Understanding of sales cycle end to end- lead generation to closure
