- Incumbent will head the marketing function. - Strategy & Brand Development - Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. - Strategies for opening stores in new geographies and the store format. - Startegising and developing marketing strategy for and marketing plan. - Ensure that the brand is strong and consistent in every marketing tactic. - Devise innovative brand engagement opportunities. - Devise complete social media strategy to drive actionable results from social media campaigns. - APC enhancement. - Drive new product development, pricing strategy and promotion to enhance average ticket size. - Develop /recommend a product or service mix. - Plan and execute promotions leading to Average Pay Check enhancement - Conceptualize and run "Limited Time Offerings Campaigns" - Formulate & implement strategy to increase store Footfall and achieve footfall target of stores on monthly basis. - Brand Equity Building. - Conceptualize & drive brand awareness campaign - Drive brand compliance strategy by implementing and maintaining the company's unique identity. - Responsible for managing CRM activities including loyalty program. - Plan in-store consumables, merchandising, packaging and store collaterals. - Offer inputs for store design and layout - Anchoring all National Alliances for Barter and Visibility. - Run co-branding campaigns with alliance partner - Co-create product and services of common interest - The incumbent shall be responsible for monitoring performance of all marketing resources against the marketing plans on a monthly-basis. - Public Relations & Communications. - Innovate guest experience. - Handle all corporate communications (Internal & External). - Revenue Enhancement. - Drive the merchandise category. - Evaluate and develop online ordering strategy. - Spruce Up the company's online image to influence customer demographics that important to our line of business. - Business Intelligence- - To create and present marketing MIS for the company on monthly-basis - The incumbent would be responsible to evaluate competition activity in QSR space and develop countermeasures.
