Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Expert to join our Beauty and Personal Care Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand in India. As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both D2C and Marketplace SEO, with a deep understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for our D2C brand to enhance online visibility and increase organic search rankings.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for driving relevant traffic and improving search engine rankings.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve organic search performance.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to identify areas of improvement.

- Implement technical SEO optimizations, including website structure, site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and developers, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to proactively adjust strategies and tactics.

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize our competitive position in the market.

- Manage and optimize SEO campaigns on various marketplaces, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa, to improve product visibility and drive sales.

- Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

- Provide actionable recommendations and insights based on data analysis to improve overall SEO performance and website user experience.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the beauty and personal care industry to effectively align SEO strategies with consumer behavior and preferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant certification in SEO is a plus.

- Proven experience as an SEO Expert, preferably within the beauty and personal care industry.

- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and technical aspects of website optimization.

- Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

- Experience in optimizing D2C websites for search engines, with a focus on driving organic traffic and improving conversion rates.

- Demonstrated expertise in optimizing product listings on major marketplaces, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML coding is advantageous.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
