As a member of the team, you'll look for ways to refine, improve, and expand our brand reach, presence, positioning, and social media community. You should have an eye for neat designs and creative communication. Responsibilities : - Be very objective and clear with creating and delivering briefs - Be efficient and stern with managing deadlines - Develop effective marketing and corporate communication strategies - Manage internal communication and coordination across teams - Manage brand campaigns from ideation to launch - Strategize and execute ATL and BTL activations (offline) - Manage and coordinate with external agencies for marketing related initiatives - Track and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns - Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity Requirements and skills : - Should have creative marketing and/or sales experience - Should have brief knowledge about influencer marketing - Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn - Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate - Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred - Experience in executing BTL and ATL campaigns (offline) is highly preferred - Should be comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets - A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - A business degree or a degree in Marketing is preferred
