About the role: We are looking for an HR professional to handle a variety of personnel-related managerial and administrative duties. An ideal candidate for this position should hold an academic HR background. Familiarity with the personal care and beauty industry is also an advantage. For this role, one should be able to work autonomously and assist in HR duties, create HR policies, hire new resources, maintain a check on the organization's culture, processes and support the daily HR activities. Responsibilities: - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties - Creating and leading HR systems and processes - Hiring new resources who culturally fit the organization and suit the role that is vacant (identifying hiring need, creating job descriptions, recruiting, applicant screening, interview, hiring, onboarding etc.) - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) - Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures - Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees Requirements: - Grad/Post grad degree from Tier - 1 college - Must possess strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and orally - Must be able to improve performance through management feedback. - Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
