Job Summary:

Are you someone with a data-oriented & creative mindset, with a passion for building brands?

Innovist is seeking a Head of Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for the brand that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

In this role, you will be the visionary behind our brand's identity and the driving force behind its success. You will lead a team of marketing experts to develop and execute innovative brand marketing strategies that connect with our audience, elevate our brand, and shape our industry presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Innovist's brand vision and business objectives.

- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and more, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Analytics and Metrics: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, brand awareness metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.

- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to maximize online visibility and conversion rates.

- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and the highest return on investment.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

- Masters/MBA from a Tier 1 college.

- Experience in a Digital-First company or D2C Brands.

- Data-Driven Mindset.

- Proven experience (7+ years) in brand marketing or a related role, with a strong track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies and developing & executing digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
