The Chief of Staff will lead strategy and execution, including go-to-market, product roadmap, setting up OKRs, identifying growth opportunities, market research, etc. This position is not just another job. You will assist and lead initiatives that are critical to the company's success - from fundraising to organizational building. Job Responsibilities- : - Define and design function level OKRs and create an action plan with functional heads to drive company goals. - Assist and communicate with function heads in decision making, program management, and initiative implementation. - Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. - Oversee daily operations through collaboration with team leads and senior management - Identify gaps and roadblocks that functions are struggling with & troubleshoot them. Requirements : - Minimum 2 years of experience in a management consulting or transactional advisory or investment banking - Exceptionally high EQ (and +IQ). - A generalist mindset with experience and ability to participate in different areas. - Ability to make decisions and execute under extreme pressure and limited data. - Engineer or MBA (from Tier 1 institute) or demonstrated strong achievement in career. - 1 year+ experience in a startup would be a plus. - Positive attitude, with some wit will go a long way. - Attention to details.
