The role is pivotal for driving the change program management, business performance, MTP and transformation aligned with priorities of Cards and Payments Operations India TCs. The role holder will collaborate extensively with the Ops leadership (MD/D level), service excellence, business management, transitions teams and global stakeholders. The role holder would need to provide advisory and execution support to the TC leadership on various initiatives and will also lead or support production of papers and MI for key meetings - e.g. Quarterly or Monthly Business Reviews, Strategy Reviews, ExCo presentations and visits etc. What will you be doing? - Program Management of strategic priorities, change and transformation initiatives for Cards and Payments India Operations. Effectively manage all dependencies and critical path items in order to deliver the programs as per plan, budget and with high quality. - Proactively develop and execute initiatives to transform the cost structure of the TC and achieve greater cost efficiencies for the business while improving customer services and experiences. Support MTP planning and refresh working in partnership with Finance and Business Management - Support location strategy initiatives, ensuring any cost and risk impacts are understood, highlighted and mitigated / accepted - Partner excellence and transformation teams in execution of transformation roadmap across four transaction cycles with a focus on capacity creation, process simplification and automation - Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business priorities and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects and activities. - Monitors and reviews all programme or project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting. - Provide effective dashboards, reports and internal communications updates on the various program management aspects on a regular basis. - Provide support and advisory to the Operations TC leads on key initiatives. - Support BX India entity level initiatives. - Provide governance support to various C&P India forums and working groups. What we are looking for: - Graduate with extensive experience in Program Management - Demonstrated success in financial management, forecasting, capacity planning, operations and/or customer service experience required. Must have experience strategically impacting call center operations. - Broad, cross functional expertise in areas of strategic planning, development - Prior experience delivering organization level transformation initiatives, with desirable experience in Banking organizations - Stakeholder management - Ability to build strong, value-based and long term working relationships with all senior stakeholders (MD/D level) - Ability to work across multiple initiatives at the same time and deliver value across the board - Ability to produce content for leadership level consumption with strong attention to detail to ensure accurate leadership reporting while taking data inputs from across various teams - Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution, facilitation and decision making skills Skills that will help you in the role: - Proven ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines, whilst also being able to manage longer term deliverables, demonstrating ability to be both flexible and proactive - Strong team player; someone who will make a contribution to areas outside their remit and appreciates the bigger programme picture - Role will require ability to leverage other teams to meet our objectives and therefore critical to have the skills to - deliver through others- - Assist with the formulation of business strategies and plans, delivering an assessment of current state and a roadmap for the future.
