Barclays - CA Interns - Barclays Trust Accounting Service - Contractual

Trust Accounting Services:

- The Trust Administrator will deal with day-to-day administration across the range of services and products.

- He/She will coordinate with Third Party Service Provider (Accountant & Auditor) and ensure:

- Operations of Miles system, processing of trades in system, UAT testing of system, liaise with IT for bug fixing/ issues, project management, reconciliations

- PAN/TAN applications are filed and numbers received for each client

- Advance tax computations are undertaken and payments made within the prescribed period

- TDS payments and return filing

- Preparation of quarterly trust accounts

- Coordinating with external investment managers for obtaining portfolio details

- Seeking necessary client approvals for appointment of auditor

- Annual audit of accounts

- Assisting during the audit and providing response to audit queries

- Maintaining MI of accounts prepared and due

Qualification:

Looking for CA interns with accounting skills & Knowledge.
