Overall Job Purpose:

- Manage the execution of end to end recruitment process

- Ensure smooth functioning of the process with compliance to procedures and policy guidelines; Lead the team into Organizational Growth and maximization of revenue, to proactively build relationships with Clients, Vendors, & Organizations

- Work with different stakeholder within or outside the functions and be proactive.

- Contribute to development of recruitment function and team.

- Candidate who have experience in business operations and willing to make career in resourcing would be also be considered .

Key Accountabilities:

Recruitment:

- Fulfilling all requisitions raised by Transition / Operations and ensure that they are closed within TAT with all the Specification being met.

- Ensuring decent joining conversion out of the total offers being placed within the given TAT.

- Making sure that requisitions are received from Transition / Operations and are properly maintained, monitored and executed

- Maintaining an optimal retention rate for all new joiners 0-90 days keeping the attrition for new joiners under control

- Utilizing all the available resources for hiring to their maximum potential & at the lowest cost possible. Driving new ideas to enhance the hiring capacity & reduce the hiring cost consistently.

- Managing end-to-end Internal job posting (IJP) process from organization's perspective

- Managing Recruitment Vendors

- Manage special projects

MI (Analytics):

- Publish periodical and adhoc MI reports for both BSS India and RRB, UK meeting 99% accuracy and timelines rate.

- Presentations providing MI for internal as well as external customers within defined timelines and periodicity.

- Deliver regular and insightful dashboards, reports, presentation and tools designed to educate, inform and influence the business decisions

- Management of data and reports obtained through various applications, functions, and sources.

- Conduct analyses of varying complexities pertaining to employee data, demographics, compensation et al, with emphasis on identifying trends, dependencies, variables that influence overall HR

- Design and implement of monitoring mechanisms, to help track operational performance.

- Spot and maximize value added reporting metrics, through proactive research into any variances in operational performance and identify underlying causes.

- Present clear, concise, effective communication of observations and recommendations in a logical, compelling and influential manner, which will ensure stakeholder understands and can action.

- Communicate and report on the plans and progress towards key metrics and targets on a regular basis to management and stakeholders, Cluster and Group audiences as required.

- Coordinate the development and implementation of analytical tools and pay round spreadsheet solutions that improve the year end Pay round experience

- Manage and maintain confidentiality of critical and sensitive information

- Drives adherence to Rewards & PD Global Standards, RCA, governance framework and other compliances. Manage BIA/SOX and other critical audits from Rewards perspective

- Provide value-driven information to various departments whenever needed

- Performing random audits to ensure error free record capturing and reporting

- Manage special projects

Person Specification:

Technical Skills/Competencies:

- Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows 98/2000/XP). Knowledge of MS Office. Proficient in using email; Exposure to technology-database management, networks and links. Good communication skills(both verbal & written)

- Service Excellence - Able to deliver excellent service to our customers ensuring that all information is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

- Planning and Organisation - Schedule and manage workload to optimal capacity particularly during start of month.

- Relationship/Partnership Approach - Build relationships to create a flexible organization through sharing best/practices and information; act without political boundaries.

- Taking Ownership - self-starter who naturally assumes ownership of initiatives and development

- Enthusiastic team player

- Capable of working on own projects and taking responsibility for work load

- Ability to work in a complex challenging and sensitive environment

- Aptitude for numbers

Education: Graduate in any discipline/ Post Graduate (Preferably MBA)

Experience: 7-9 years of work experience in a similar role
