The Capacity Creation &amp; Transformation consultants will work closely with the global transaction cycle teams in Personal Banking Ops, Wealth Ops, Financial Assistance, Mortgage, Lending and Remediation Customer Services in the UK and India to identify various transformation opportunities, help priorities them with the business teams, build business cases to fund these projects and help execute them, in order to create more capacity in BUK Operations. The suitable candidate will be using their strong business process re-engineering, automation &amp; Lean, project management, analysis and leadership skills and experience to enable identification and prioritization of the transformation opportunities. The role involves extensive consulting &amp; discussions with stakeholders and counterparts in Europe, Asia &amp; the US. Role : This role will have primary responsibility to support driving India BUK Operations- strategy working closely with the BU heads to meet and exceed the Transformation &amp; Automation targets for the BUK Ops transaction cycles as set out in the MTP. The role will be a key interface into current senior stakeholders and, as such, the candidate will need to be able to priorities and balance the workload across the team and provide high quality communications at a fast pace.
