Job Role:
- Will be the single point of contact in BBQN for all matters related to Beverage portfolio.
- Will be well versed with knowledge on wines, spirits, cocktails, beers, liqueurs etc
- In charge of facilitating Beverage Training programs to front-line staff
- In charge of monitoring and ensuring adequate stock levels at stores
- Well informed about excise laws and regulations
- Will be responsible for the Beverage menu continuity and innovation across all regions
- Will explore possibilities and facilitate tie-ups/ brand partnerships etc with Beverage Suppliers
- Will work with the Chefs ensure the best beverage combinations are implemented throughout food festivals and special events
- Ensure Bar Staff are properly trained and ready for new Outlet openings.
