Banyan Capital Advisors (BCA) is a Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm, established in September 2011 to address the growing needs of the high net worth investors all over the world to invest in the Indian capital markets on a long-term, sustainable basis.

The primary focus is to invest in undervalued companies from mid-cap/small-cap universe of the publicly traded Indian securities. While we patiently wait for such opportunities, we also invest selectively in large-cap companies, special situation strategies like open offers and demergers and fixed income securities to enhance our investors' return on the capital.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about financial markets and investment management. Is willing to learn and grow in the role. The candidate will work closely with the research team to perform industry analysis, benchmark key industry players and competitors, perform valuation analysis of companies, attend conference calls and prepare summary notes.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience

- Excellent EXCEL skills

- Very good communication skills (writing, note taking and communicating)

- Knowledge of finance, asset classes, economics and accounting will be beneficial

- Detail oriented

- Candidates with prior experience of working in a PMS, custodian, brokers, banks, will be given preference
