Qualified Chartered Accountant - Mergers & Acquisitions - Valuations
Roles and Responsibility:
- Working on the engagements pertaining to valuations for fundraising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, joint ventures, tax & regulatory and accounting purposes.
- Work would involve sectoral research, analysing the industry competitors, determining appropriate multiples, analysing cashflows, valuing the companies, various instruments, options etc.
- Position includes Client management and interaction.
- You should have a complete and thorough understanding of Financial & Valuations methodologies and products (Business, Intangibles, ESOP, Option valuation).
- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational aspects to valuations and contribute to knowledge management.
Skills Required:- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Analytical Mindset
- High level of competence in verbal and written communication skills
- High level of competency required in leading the valuation engagements independently.
Additional Information:- Qualification Required: Must be a CA (ideally first attempt)
- Experience Required: 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Valuations or in a similar environment.
