Position: Banking Partnership, 6-10 years Location: Bangalore Job Description: As the head of banking partnerships, you will be responsible for building and deepening our supply-side relationships with banks and NBFCs. As a company building innovative Revenue Based Financing products, we need to work with multiple teams of our banking partners in order to launch a pilot and then scale up the business. These include risk, compliance operations, product, and business teams. This role involves ownership of the end-to-end relationship with our banking partners. Roles & Responsibilities - Identify the target cohort of banking relationships in sync with our business goals - Establish relationships with target banks and onboard the relationship, This includes the product, risk, and commercial alignment along with ops and tech integration - Maintain relationships with current and future partners.
