Banking Operations Role - Debt Capital Market

Work Experience :

- Should have worked as executive / Sr. executive for atleast 3 to 5 years in Debt capital market operations.

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Knowledge of Secondary market Activities in Debt capital market

- Should be able to do reporting of trades at exchange, do reporting of trades at CBRICS, ICCL and FTRAK for settlement. Co-ordinate with exchange and client for settlement.

- Should be aware of G Sec settlement (where trades executed at NDSOM)

- Entries of deals in system, generate deal confirmation and get deal confirmed with client.

- Should be able to envisage improvements areas and implement those with co-ordination with software vendor, giving them requirement, UAT and put into production and training to team

- Knowledge of operations related to various fixed income securities products like RBI Bonds, SGB, Corporate FD, 54 EC.

- Recording of fixed income application entries in system, processing of distributor invoice, co-ordination with dealer & distributors.

- Other Debt capital market activities

- MIS from time to time

- Timely completion of routine activities and ensure settlement is in time

- Effective liaison with Dealers, Clients, Exchange

- Co-ordination with software vendor, UAT for new requirements

- MIS
