Experience range 4-7 years post LLB

Job Description:

- Handling Banking & Finance related matters

- Drafting & vetting contracts and agreements like Syndicated Loan, Project finance, External commercial Borrowings, working capital, Term Loan, Project Loan

- Banking and Finance and structured finance

- Legal advice, and work on a variety of corporate and finance-related cases.

- Experience in Debt, general lending, and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures etc

Required Candidate profile :

- LLB from good Law colleges with 4-7 years of experience in banking & finance practice area in any of the leading law firms

- Exp. of advising on banking or financing-related matters
