Objectives : Responsible for Expense management, Reporting and Analytics for Credit Operations in a Bank

Core Responsibilities :

- To Identify and monitor monthly Credit Ops expenses at product and expense type level.

- Rationalization and identifying potential source of Expense leakage and identify further opportunities if any.

- Arranging and ensuring accurate data for Monthly reporting to local in country or Region or any other reporting.

- Reporting of accurate provisions during month end to India Finance team

- Working in coordination with Strategy team towards forecasting expenses and portfolio trend impacting budget for the unit.

- Familiarizing line and support units with Expense trends and tracking performance through monthly dashboards

- Tracking of GL level entries relating to Credit operations and ensuring accurate reporting in Books of accounts for the unit during that particular month.

Key Deliverable :

- Sensitive processes with direct impact and hence no scope for error

- Need to coordinate amongst multiple touch points for smooth process flow

- Need for strict adherence to timelines and attention to detail and precision
