We have following position, contract or permanent hiring.  Job Description - Banking Domain Consultant  - 5-8 yrs experience in one or more of the following:  implementing IT projects (complete SDLC) in Banking  business operations or process  functional/domain consulting, business analysis, or system analysis and design  - Sound understanding of the banking industry and the banking IT landscape  - Expertise in the domain of Banking in one or more of the following domain areas.  Core Banking  Corporate Banking  Liquidity Management  Trade Finance  - Lending  Cards  Payments/Settlements  Retail Banking  Corporate core banking  Banking mobile solutions  Corporate banking risk and compliance   - Expertise may be any of the following: functional, business process, business operations (back, front or mid-office), or technology  - Experience in requirements gathering & documentation, functional specification documentation, use case documentation and functional test planning & test case generation  - Should have worked overseas preferably in the US, UK or Australia/NZ, and should not have significant location-constraints, and must be open to high travel  - Project management skills will be considered a bonus  - Should possess team management skills  - Should be able to provide coaching/mentoring to team members and provide domain guidance to technical teams as required  - BE/MBA   - Excellent oral and written communication skills, good presentation skills  Location  - Bangalore/Pune/Chennai
