Banking Administrator (Only voluntary retired banker Apply)
Managing banking administration for entire South
Candidate should be from Core banking operations with 15-20 yrs of experience, age group has to be 40 to 50 years. Excellent in english communication
1. Supervise daily operations of employees of your region in a congenial work atmosphere.
- Monitoring and reviewing of various processes and to ensure the same are as per SLAs.
- Productivity benchmarks to be established in consultation with Principal Managers’ for all processes handled by staff in your locations.
- Productivity to be assessed and monitored on a continuous basis of employees in conjunction with Mentors.
- Performance in terms of quality output to be monitored
- Good performers to be identified and recognized/rewarded
- Poor performers to be identified and counseled / appropriate action in consultation with HR to be initiated in case there is no improvement
- Compliance of Internal process /procedures and avoidance of concurrence audit remarks.
2. RECRUITMENT
- Ensure adequate headcount resources are available on the floor as per the budgeted headcount as approved by the principal Fincon departmet for the respective cost centers.
- Liaise with Corporate HR / hiring team to have the required resources available on-time.
- Maintain database of eligible candidates
- Maintain excellent rapport with Institutes/Placement centres
- Arrange for written tests and interviews
- Complete joining formalities as per company guidelines for selected candidates (including KYC documents)
- Complete reference checks for all selected candidates
- Ensure salary accounts are opened for all new staff
3. TRAINING
- Induction Training to be conducted for all new staff within one month of joining
4. LEAVE
- Leave Administration
- Co-ordinate for leave records with Mentors on a monthly basis for salary computations
5. COMPLIANCE
- Ensure all labour laws in the region are complied with
- Ensure Shop and Establishment licenses are procured in all eligible cases
- Develop good rapport with regulators in the region
6. Employee Interactions ;
- Structured and documented minutes with Mentors/ Unit Managers on a regular basis
- Regular interaction with employees to understand and address their issues/concerns
- Minutes of such meetings to be forwarded to Corporate Office for escalation/follow up and monitoring
7. OPERATIONS
- Productivity benchmarks to be established in consultation with Bank staff for all processes handled by staff in the region
- Productivity to be assessed and monitored on a continuous basis of employees in conjunction with Mentors.
- Performance in terms of quality output to be monitored
- Good performers to be identified and recognized/rewarded
- Poor performers to be identified and counseled / appropriate action in consultation with HR to be initiated in case there is no improvement
8. APPRAISALS
- Ensure with mentors that appraisals for all eligible staff are conducted in a fair manner.
- Overall supervision of employees performance appraisals as per laid down HR policies from time to time.
9. MIS
- Monthly MIS on staff attrition and recruitment to be sent to Corporate Office
- Monthly MIS on ESIC sub codes obtained and ESIC insurance numbers obtained to be sent to Corporate Office
10. ADMINISTRATION
- Ensure that all staff have proper infrastructure to work
- Ensure that the working conditions are in compliance with labour laws of the region
11. COST CONTROL
- Reduce costs by sparingly using manpower consultantsand increasing recruitment through computer institutes/ “my source” channel
- Indirect savings through reduction in attrition levels
12. BUSINESS
- Bring at least one external customer for back office processing business
