Financial Controller - CA  Qualification & Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience  Qualification : CA  Location : Bangalore  Responsibilities :  Finance for all BankerBay Offices :  - Lead the maintenance of books of accounts for all the BankerBay offices fully compliant with applicable country's GAAP, establish & maintain robust accounting policies & procedures etc.  - Complete ownership of all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization  - Establish, manage the Budgeting/Forecasting process to ensure financial balance and monitor it on monthly / quarterly / annual basis  - Provide the management accounts, MIS, key metrics analysis, financial insights and recommendations to the management on a timely basis   - Preparation of financial statements like Balance sheet, ROI, profit and loss, cash flow statements etc.  - Provides leadership for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives  - Liaising with the external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, creditors etc. and timely closure of audits, banking matters etc.  - Establishes and maintain appropriate systems (internal financial controls, analytical tools, information systems and models or projections of cost behaviour) and policies to ensure effective and efficient management of resources  - Ensure compliance with applicable statutory/regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting (VAT, Service Tax, PT, TDS etc.)  - Consolidate global finance function and help business in efficient management of funds of the organisation  Skills/Requirements :  - Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards & policies. Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP is preferred  - Experience in the corporate taxation, cross border transfer pricing regulations required.   - Experience in managing the regulatory compliances: RBI-FDI reporting, labour laws - PF/PT/ESI/Welfare funds etc.  - End to End payroll functions but not limited to processing, issuing Form 16 etc.  - Good working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks and payroll packages required  - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency  - Strong Business Application Skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software and databases)  - Good Business Acumen & abreast with latest trends in the industry & regulatory environments  - Prior experience working in start-up in IT/ITES, internet/e-commerce etc. is highly preferred
