Launch, manage and monitor PPC accounts for financial products.  - The ideal candidate will be a logical thinker, who can also be creative and feel comfortable managing complicated search campaigns across a range of search engine, social media and other online advertising platforms.  Job Description:  - At least 4 years’ experience in PPC role  - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (v-look ups, pivot tables, formulas etc.)  - Experience with leading PPC platforms (Google Adwords, Yahoo!, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads etc.)  - Ability to create campaign / adgroup structure / keyword lists / adtext formulas from scratch  - An understanding of customer journey and conversion funnel for e-commerce websites  - Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure  - Experience with website analysis (Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools etc.)  - Work closely with operations, product & technology team to increase acquisitions and improve conversion  - Most importantly, passionate about PPC (because we are too!)  Desired Candidate Profile:  - Qualification: Undergraduate (Marketing) Degree, MBA or PG (Mass Communication or Marketing) a plus  - The candidate should have 4 - 6 years Search Marketing experience. SEM experience for Banks / Financial institutions a plus  - Feel comfortable in a fast-paced start up environment  - Possess excellent communication skills  - Flexible and ready to learn  - Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
