The roles calls for close analysis of critical parts of the customer funnel, identifying problem areas, providing simple, effective solutions to improve conversions in the user flow and leveraging existing frameworks strategically in new geographical market locations. This will contribute to the company's overall goal of a true paperless journey in the discovery, application and documentation processes of the funnel and also easing the decision-making process for banking partners.  Key responsibilities  - Understand and grasp project requirements, write specs and effectively communicate the same to dev teams and other stakeholder teams.  - Understand the workings of BB frameworks & collate pieces between various stakeholder teams to execute on deliverables  - Interface with QA, dev teams in order to adapt for use existing working configurable elements that can be replicated in new geographies that the company is expanding into  - Leverage analytics data and conversion metrics to identify & resolve pain points in user flow  - Analyse feature performance & device solvable methods /fixes by working with dev team.  - Prioritise features, requests, asks from various teams, keeping in mind customer impact, business impact & dev costs  - Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback and findings related to the customer buying funnel  - Responsible for driving key conversion metrics along with a Senior Product Manager  Note: This candidate is expected to spend some time initially (ranging between 3-6 months) in our Head Office at Chennai. This initial period will be immersive in nature, during which the candidate will go through structured orientation programs, live working sessions, participate in release cycles and interact closely with cross-functional teams across multiple areas of production. This will be useful in a role that demands in-depth understanding of our working culture and environment.
