It gives the incumbent a phenomenal breadth of experience touching every area of Bankbazaar right from creating cutting edge products, partner interaction to driving consumer adoption for #paperless and hands on implementation across virtually every product line / category.  Key Responsibilities  - Concept Sales:  - Should communicate convincingly and persuasively with key decision makers at partner institutions to sell #paperless as well as other key emerging features for transforming the product delivery at partners.  - Project Management:  - The incumbent should understand partner system architecture and solve for integration issues using the BB technology stack framework with minimal custom build.  - He / She will set up and manage multiple projects with different partner banks simultaneously for launching new features and paperless for partners with TI, Product and Tech teams.  - Process Management (Monitoring and driving improvements):  - Create monitoring and measurement mechanisms and drive metrics to track the output from projects implemented.  - Drive improvements in same for delivering a superior customer experience for consumers availing products and services through Bankbazaar.com.  - The incumbent will lead cross functional projects to scale up and drive consumer adoption and issuance for #paperless.  - Innovation & Thought Leadership:  - Research on new areas for innovation and think through relevant used cases for implementation of key emerging developments to ensure Bankbazaar leads the change and disruption in the financial services landscape.  - The incumbent will also manage key external relationships for enabling this.  Required Skills  - Sales / Partner facing experience  - Understanding key decision makers / operating dynamics  - Persuasive selling skills for presenting and securing sign-offs  - Logical thinking ability to envisage and draw up process charts  - Ability to articulate business requirements to technology team  - Problem solving skills  - Project Management skills
