This role will report into the Operations head at BankBazaar. What You'll Do? - Partner Management : High performing individual managing critical relationship &amp; handle key channel partner relationships assigned with a strategic approach to strengthen partner relationships. Analyzing client's performance on Bankbazaar.com platform and having regular interactions with decision makers at partner's to improve process efficiency. Build strong relationship at Senior levels with partners and drive continuous improvement. - Drive for Process Excellence: Continuously push for the better process which will improve BankBazaar objectives via both system &amp; personal engagement. Be ready to handle senior level management and push for BankBazaar objectives in-spite of pushbacks. Pro-actively create strategic recommendations, innovations and drive their successful implementation with clients. - Team Management : Lead and provide strategic directions to team assigned; Build a strong team, mentor them, monitor progress, train / guide them for better efficiencies. - Cross Functional Excellence : Work with internals and externals through a strong operating rhythm to drive and execute on processes to ensure seamless customer experience. Develop, support and execute the firm's strategies to maximise efficiencies by analysing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions &amp; successful change implementation. Who You Need To Be? - Excellent Communication Skills - Drive to transform existing process to a more efficient &amp; paperless process - High accountability and ownership in the team - Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment - Team Management spread across locations. - MBA from premier institutes, 14+ years experience in leading Fintechs &amp; Banks. - NBFCs with exemplary track record in Sales or Channel Management
