Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
Experience : 2-5 years of relevant experience
Business Objectives :
- Primary focus will be applying data mining techniques, doing business analysis(what-if scenarios, A/B testing), build recommendation systems to drastically improve on our cross-selling capabilities.
- Provide analytic support to the business teams; and formulate and execute appropriate analytical approach to address the business situation.
Core Responsibilities :
- Assist in designing marketing strategies by understanding consumer behavior, data driven insights and marketing objectives.
- Prepare campaign-wise detailed reports to track campaign performance.
- Ensure KPIs are published and reviewed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors / processes that could impact on data integrity.
- Promptly escalate data and business issues, which affect delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
- Measure & own the business impact of work, set and manage partner expectations, manage timeliness around project priorities.
- Root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements to business based on Insights.
- Presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
Role Requirement :
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics or Mathematics
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and R/SAS is a must
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage
- Exposure to credit card business OR Financial domain is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn new businesses and functions; Strong analytical skills for quicker resolution of production issues
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
- Excellent time management skills and commitment to responsiveness and meeting deadlines
