Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Business Operations & Partner Management

Work location : Chennai / Mumbai

(first few months in Chennai is Mandatory)

Bankbazaar is looking for aspirational professionals with strong academic background to Manage Accounts / Clients independently. Candidates with in depth knowledge in banking products (retail) & Banking processes would be a right fit for the position.

This role essentially Involves : Relationship Management, Operations management and In-depth Banking (product) Knowledge.

Description:

An MBA from a reputed institute with 6 - 8 years of experience in leading Banks, Insurance companies or NBFCs with exemplary track record in Sales and Channel Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete ownership to Develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at national level (banks and financial institutions) critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.

- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Bank Partners.

- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients.

- Support, develop, and execute the firm’s strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions..

Competencies:

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance.

- Strong Analytical skills with good command over excel.

- Have been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating.

- Have handled a team.

- Have shown the willingness to stay at a place for atleast 2+ years in past.
