Experience : 10+ years in experience in Personal Care / Non Food / FMCG Industry.

Reporting To : CEO
Salary can be offered : 30.00+ Lakhs Per Annum (Depending on Experience)
Location : Corporate Office, Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience/Knowledge :
- Should have proven work experience as Marketing Manager.
- Must have high level of knowledge about personal care products.
Skill s:
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Should have Analytical, decision making and management skills.
- Strong problem solving, influence and negotiation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Lady candidate preferred.
- Should be a Graduate/PG with minimum 10+ years of experience in Personal Care / Non Food / FMCG Industry.
-The candidate needs to have orientation to work in a fast growing company with quick thinking and decision making capabilities.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- She should be a self-starter, have strong orientation to build a high growth brand, with ability to handle large funds towards brand building across various media.
- She should have capabilities to build and lead a strong next level team of product managers, marketing executives etc.
- Ability to deal with media agencies, creative agencies and brand research organizations will be essential.
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Work towards creating an effective and efficient digital and social media marketing strategy and execution plan.
- Build brand position and frameworks for communication across products/ range
- Develop the product portfolio for long term and immediate term.
- Work with R&D to develop products to fill portfolio gaps.
- Marketing mix development for both current and new products- product, packaging, pricing, promotion
- Develop strategies to increase off-takes for products and execute them in conjunction with sales team.
- Monitor brand health parameters like awareness, trial, and satisfaction through tracks / research.
- Control the marketing spends in line with budgets.
