1) Responsible for driving business with Bancassurance Partner.
2) Responsible for New Business with Bank Branch Staff to generate the Revenue for the organization.
3) Responsible for implementation of strategic initiative in field for the increment company's business and profit.
4) Responsible for all kind of customer concerns and service requests.
5) Analyze Branch potential based on Renewal base, customer base, loan accounts.
6) Plan Branch visits according to potential.
7) Have a clear focus with list of branches where SPs are required.
8) Prepare CASA Book for his branches.
9) Share the budget with RBO RM and also the opportunities and plan to achieve it.
The RM has responsibility to execute the organizations strategy and ensure the sales targets are achieved accordingly. The below objectives must be achieved:
1) Achieve Sales target
2) Work on increasing own productivity.
3) Must increase branch penetration for sales maximization
4) Deliverance on Focused products & Renewals.
5) Plan one to one meeting with RMME/RMSE customers and maintain data for cross sell opportunities.
