Balance Sheet Strategy & ALM Role - BFS

Skill set to be must : "Fund transfer pricing" "business planning" "business divisional profitability" from banks perspective.

- Preparation and Analysis of Month end liquidity report

- Preparation and Analysis of Regulatory returns on Liquidity and IRR

- Computation of LCR on a monthly basis as per guidelines published by RBI and monitoring the same.

- Tracking LCR on a daily basis and identifying major reasons for movement in LCR.

- Prepare PSL Sub target in Divisional Level & Prepare PSL related other reports to supporting team

- Worked with ALM/Treasury Department for implementation of LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio)

- Implemented FTP working with finance department

- Co-ordinated with bank, to resolve their issues and handled change requests
