Project Development :
- Develop pre-defined number of concepts to a stage where the ALT Web Series production for each concept can be commenced.
- Deliver finished products to marketing and distribution.
- Supervision and control of projects
- Communicate project timelines, schedules, and content requirements to marketing, distribution, and finance.
- Supervise and control production of projects by adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Generate and report MIS for each project to the VP-Digital on a periodic basis.
Relationship Management:
- Develop tie-ups and forge partnerships with professionals across the value chain of the ALT Digital business. [Script-writers, directors, actors etc.]
- Build ALT capability by forging partnerships with key industry talent as per project requirements.
Develop Digital Content Strategy :
- Develop and implement 3 years content plan, broken down into annual plans for the existing business.
- Assist in benchmarking the actual performance with the projections as per business plan.
- Communicate significant variance in plans to the VP-Digital for necessary action
- Improve client base and increase number of shows produced by ALT
- Monitor & Review Digital Content Performance
- Analyze content trends and make necessary changes to the rolling plan for the digital business
- Analyze MIS on a weekly basis and report content performance to the top management on a periodic basis
Team Management :
- Acquire, train, and manage talent required for the Digital business.
- Create creative diversity through talent development and alliances in the Digital business and develop business for non-fiction programming areas (e.g. sports / events / general entertainment).
