A. Ind AS

Business Development:

- Assist in new business initiatives i.e. identifying the opportunities

- Assist in development of key new initiative

- Assist in developing the Ind AS material for internal and external publications including web portals

- Responsible for preparing proposal/filing tender documents.

Execution

- Leading Ind AS GAAP convergence engagements involving planning, co-ordination and overall project management. This includes being focal point for key client personnel.

- Responsible for review of deliverables and give key inputs to the team and for the final deliverables to the client.

- Research new developments and updates within the Ind AS technical field and make client and team aware of the impact on the existing accounting treatment/framework.

- Assist in developing new templates/ guides/ deliverables to support the convergence project.

- Assist in developing Ind AS training material and facilitate training.

- Assist in developing firm-wide view on complex industry issues and exposure drafts issued by IASB and ICAI.

Team Building

- Development of IFRS & Audit Team in terms of training and updation

- To develop a strong team of audit professionals

B. Audit: Involved in carrying out Statutory Audit/ Limited Review/Tax Audit, Business development and Team Building

Desired Candidate profile:

- Practical Exposure in end to end Ind AS/IFRS convergence of atleast 1-2 Companies

- Review of IFRS adjustments for of atleast 1-2 Companies

- Extensive knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards

- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time.

- Have strong soft skills like inter personal and communication skills both verbal and written.

- Completed ACCA course will be preferred.
