- Spearhead the existing & scaling up of the current Valuations practice.
- Nurturing & retaining team, also develop new capabilities in the team whenever required.
- Mentoring the people Managers in the team & ensure their performance management plans & KRA / KPI's are defined.
- Regularly updating regulatory knowledge and communicating the same to the Team.
- Aggressive Business Development targets.
- Building client relationships with business development being a vital activity.
- Achieving yearly business targets agreed with the Group Executive Cell & the National Leader.
- Ensuring superior and high quality of services in assignment execution & client deliverables.
- Ensuring proper system & documentation in place for assignment execution as per internal processes & system.
- Cross Sell as an opportunity to be exercised.
- Promoting Baker Tilly DHC brand in the market.
- Adhering to various internal policies of the organization.
- Should have done and been an active part of at least 100 valuations.
