1. The candidates will be required to conduct qualitative appraisal of DDU-GKY applications submitted by the Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs).

2. Qualitative appraisal would be driven by notification no. 28/2015, 35/2016 & 37/2016 issued by Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) so the understanding of these notifications, DDU-GKY guidelines and its SOPs would be required.

3. The candidate is expected to:

a. develop the understanding on the proposal summary;

b. develop working methodology like sorting, numbering and filing the information received from PIA;

c. match the documents/information provided as per Scorecard 1 & Question sheet 1 OR Scorecard 2 & Questions sheet 2;

d. figure out appraisal areas where documents/information is not provided or incomplete;

e. prepare checklist for the documents/information required to be asked from PIA;

f. be part of the field visit;

g. assign score in the applicable score card & question sheet;

h. prepare draft report and attach score card

i. discuss qualitative appraisal report with seniors

4. The candidate is expected to do multi tasking since he/she will be working on different proposals simultaneously
