Job title : Senior Manager - COE, Product Innovation & PMO Vertical (PLCS &UGL) (E06)

Reports to : Vertical head - COE, Product Innovation & PMO Vertical (PLCS &UGL)

Location : Pune (HO)

Work on capability building & process/product innovation for PLCS & UGL businesses, delivering projects on time to create tangible impact on key business metrics

Project responsibilities :

- Identify big impact areas for improvement in processes & create capabilities for large impact

- Create product capability for faster and better customer acquisition

- Create differentiated product suite for edge in market

- Work with IT teams on build creation, expediting business requirement

- Test new builds for all scenarios & production outcomes, closely work with IT for implementation

- Drive adoption & success of new products/processes with users

- Prepare business documents & presentation outputs for management discussion & updates/approvals

- Work with BIU for data extraction & analysis for project design inputs

- Work with cross functional teams for project build & implementation

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Should have 6-10 year of experience overall - exposure to systems & IT platforms would be key differentiator

- Prior experience in Product/operations/IT development roles would be an added advantage

- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree

- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation preparation and data analytics skills.

- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter

- Quick learner
