Reports to : Vertical head - COE, Digital initiatives

Location : Pune (HO)

Deliver latest & cutting edge digital capabilities for Cross sell businesses adopting & implementing up to date mobile & web applications & tools to enable hyper speed & seamless customer experience, enabling market capture for businesses

Responsibilities :

- Develop seamless customer process on mobile app & Experia/ web to increase business through these platforms three folds

- To work on building capabilities to increase business volume, reduce TAT, increase productivity and reduce cost through Digital initiatives

- Improve sales efficiency by developing a mobile based front-end tool that eases the sales process

- Work closely with Risk and assess alternate API based credit scoring models to improve customer profiling and also build capabilities to enable quicker credit decisions

- Work towards building a comprehensive sales intervention model to improve sales funnel efficiency

- Work with IT teams on build creation, expediting business requirement

- Test new builds for all scenarios & production outcomes, closely work with IT for implementation

- Drive adoption & success of new products/processes with users

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Should have 4-7 year of experience overall, exposure to Sales - online/offline is an added advantage

- Prior experience in working on mobile applications/ online marketing/ web initiatives is a must

- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree

- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation preparation and data analytics skills.

- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
