Duties and Responsibilities:  - Structuring, drafting and negotiating product specific loan facility documentation.  - Drafting and reviewing commercial and consumer retail loan documents.  - Advice and supervise the legal issues related to consumer banking, credit cards, insurance, wealth advisory and other retail lending products and services  - Assist the team in creating and improving agreements and templates for existing products and for new products.  - Structure, draft & negotiate variety of contracts related to lending transaction products such as Loan Agreements, Assignment Deed, Hypothecation, Escrow, payment channels, Bank Guarantees etc.  - Advise the business team on legal issues and risks based on the applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and Company's policy.   - Coordinate with external law firms, where ever required to ensure specialized advice.  - Provides timely, sound, coherent and consistent advice on legal and contractual issues to internal clients on a day to day basis.  Required Qualifications and Experience  - 3 or 5 years degree from an institute of repute.  - Should possess professional qualification such as LL.B / LL.M.  - Total 5-9 years PQE (relevant PQE 4-5 years).  - Diverse experience in dealing with various legal issues including experience in commercial and consumer   retail banking and financing transactions.  - Specific qualification in a particular field of law will be an added advantage.  - Good drafting skills
