Critical Accountabilities :   - Develop, Design and execute specific research requirements for various products and services for the company  - Responsible for research materials design (questionnaires, concept cards, discussion guides, screeners)   - Management of the analysis, interpretation and reporting process (including recommendations) so that the project reflects the business objectives in the presentation and reporting of findings  - Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Run insight mining to help organization prioritize efforts and initiatives  - Be directly accountable for research done in terms of analyses, charting, etc. and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness  - Provide in office research, administrative and operational support to management  - Ensuring that all day-to-day (i.e. project related) liaisons runs smoothly.   - Manage suppliers of research services (internal and external) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of overall marketing effort  - Allocation of internal or external resources to complete a project, including selection of freelancers and/ or fieldwork partners  - Track and update various research tracks across all initiatives  - Ensure timely revert to all parties at all stages  - The research role helps the organization make strategic decision based on the insights provided and is a crucial part of the team.  - A future in research would involve exposure to the more strategic initiatives, a wider scope of work and possible opportunities with the Brand Strategy team.  Qualification :  - MBA with 2 years of experience in a primary research agency  - Must have worked on different types of quantitative studies with exposure to qualitative research  - Multi-sector experience/ exposure preferred
