Job Title: Manager - Content Marketing (Brand)

Reports to : Senior Manager - Content Marketing

Position Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the overall Content and Community marketing framework for the company. The person will develop and implement the content framework across creation, aggregation and curation.

Duties And Responsibilities:

- Create and implement overall content strategy with specific focus on brand initiatives

- Manage the entire agency ecosystem to support creation of content

- Form alliances with content aggregators and curators

- Ensure key content created within the company is leveraged across all digital channels

- Ensure the core of the brand is presented in all content avatars and maintain consistency in the tone of voice

- Ensure high engagement rates and meet identified KPIs on an ongoing basis

- Lead the identification, creation and implementation of content based initiatives to drive audience engagement across communities

- Lead the development of new forms of content

- Identify digital channels for community creation

- Develop key communities for the brand across these social channels

- Coordinate with other members in the function and across the company to drive community engagement

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

- Post Graduate in management preferably from Tier 1 B-schools in India

- At least 2 years of prior experience in digital marketing

- Strong communication skills and the ability to creatively present a point of view, a flair for writing and an ability to appreciate design

- Strong understanding of digital ecosystem, upcoming trends and social channels

- An understand of UI/UX principles would be an added advantage

- Exhibits very high entrepreneurial spirit and agility

- High curiosity of what's new in the world and awareness of the latest in the content marketing space
