Job Location - Bangalore and Chennai

Salary Offered : 4-5 LPA

Job Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Understanding of the mortgage loan process.

- Processing of collateral documents for mortgage (LAP & HL ) products, particularly property transactions & documentations.

- Co-ordination with sales, Ops & Credit for Clarence of OTC/PDD documents.

- Job Specification

- LLB with Minimum 1 year of experience in Property.

- Practitioning advocates with Property transaction experience can also apply

- Knowledge of stamp duty / MOE / MODT process of particular state.

- Should have knowledge on legal laws with respect to land & building.

- Knowledge of collateral documents for mortgage (LAP & HL ) products, particularly property transactions & documentations.
