Bajaj Finance - Manager - Commercial Real Estate Segment - Sales

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development individual to join our Commercial Real Estate Team.

- As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships, with real estate developers, Landlords, PE funds and Ultra HNIs.

- You will have the opportunity to engage in direct sourcing, DSA (Direct Selling Agent) sourcing & sourcing through brokers to expand our client base.

Following are the products offered by CRE:

1.(Lease Rental Discounting) LRD - We do LRDs ranging between 1 Cr to 500 Cr with tenor between 10 years to 13 years for: Commercial office spaces and Warehousing/Industrial assets.

2.Construction Finance - We do, construction finance from 10 Cr to 200 Cr for construction of commercial & warehousing assets.

3.Loan Against Property (LAP) - We do, loan against Property ranging from 1 Cr- to 25 Cr with tenor from 1 year to 5 years.
